All parents must drop their child off and pick them up at the front door.
Additionally, parents and/or siblings are not allowed in our office/waiting area.
5-10 minutes before the start of class, a MDC staff member will wait for all students at the door to check temperatures.
The students and assigned staff member will maintain a distance of 6 ft. apart while walking together to the studio.
Masks are recommended while walking to and from the entrance/lobby/dance room.
If you are going to be absent, it is your responsibility to contact MDC immediately.
If you are running late, the fastest way to contact MDC is by calling our studio phone: 956-312-7388
Please walk in with Mask ON. Once class starts masks will be optional for our dancers as long as they can maintain a social distance of 6ft. Masks are required while walking to and from the entrance/lobby/dance room.
Dancers must use the hand sanitizer provided as soon as they come into the studio.
We are only allowing small dance bags at this time. Please have your dancer bring their shoes for the classes they'll be taking that day.
Refillable water bottles are not allowed at this time. If your dancer would like water, please bring in a disposable water bottle. MDC sells cold water bottles for $1.00 at the front office.
Arriving at the Studio:
When your child arrives inside the studio, they will be met by a MDC staff member. They are to use the hand sanitizer available in the lobby. Then, they should proceed to the temperature check.
Dance Room Procedures:
In each room, there will be taped spaces for each dancer to stand-in. These spaces will be 6 ft. apart. Minimal props will be used during this time and all-dancing equipment will be sanitized between classes. Dancers will not use the same props during a single class period.
Class sizes will not exceed 50% capacity in a dance room (including the instructor and/or dance assistants). The maximum number of students allowed in Room A is 12.
If your child is displaying any symptoms of illness (coughing, runny nose, fever) please keep them home.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new protocol.
